✔️ Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) required; LLM or specialization preferred.
✔️ 3–7 years of experience in corporate law, contracts, or regulatory compliance (healthcare sector experience is a plus).
✔️ Licensed to practice law.
✔️ Fluent in Arabic and English; French is a plus.
✔️ Strong analytical, research, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
🔹 Provide legal advisory on commercial transactions, real estate, and business expansions.
🔹 Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements.
🔹 Ensure compliance with healthcare laws and regulatory requirements.
🔹 Manage dispute resolution, litigation, and external counsel coordination.
🔹 Support M&A activities: due diligence, contract review, and valuation.
🔹 Advise on corporate governance, mergers, acquisitions, and board matters.
