Patient Relations Executive

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Welcoming and assisting patients with inquiries, appointments, and concerns
✅ Managing patient registration, insurance coordination, and billing processes
✅ Addressing patient feedback and supporting service improvement initiatives
✅ Collaborating with medical staff to ensure a seamless patient journey
✅ Upholding patient confidentiality and healthcare compliance
✅ Supporting marketing activities as a volunteer

Requirements:

🩺 Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in healthcare customer service or patient relations
🗣️ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
⚙️ Proficient in EMR systems
🌐 Fluent in English and Malayalam
📍 Willing to relocate
⏰ Flexible to work in different shifts
