Hiring: HR Assistant (Recruitment) - one of a Hospital located in Al Ain.

Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience in Healthcare.
Knowledge of Healthcare roles and Licensing.

Responsibilities:

Handle recruitment for clinical and non-clinical Healthcare roles.
Source candidates through various channels.
Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and schedule meetings.
Manage onboarding, including background checks and orientation.
Update recruitment databases and HR records.
Assist with other HR tasks as needed.
