📍 Saudi German Hospital – Ajman & Sharjah Branch

Saudi German Hospital is looking for a Patient Relations Officer to join our team in Ajman and Sharjah. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about patient experience, communication, and service excellence in a healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as the main point of contact between patients and the hospital
- Address patient inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly
- Ensure patient concerns are resolved in line with hospital policies and quality standards
- Support patients throughout their care journey to enhance satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records and reports related to patient interactions

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree (Healthcare, Administration, or related field preferred)
- Previous experience in patient relations, customer service, or healthcare is an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English ; Arabic is a strong plus
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism
