uniCare Medical Centre is looking for an experienced and dynamic Call Centre Supervisor to lead our patient support and appointment coordination team.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily call centre operations and team performance
• Ensure excellent patient experience and service quality
• Monitor call handling, scheduling, and response efficiency
• Train, coach, and support call centre executives
• Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution of patient concerns
• Prepare reports and maintain operational KPIs
🔹 Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a call centre/customer service role
• Prior supervisory experience in healthcare is an advantage
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in CRM and appointment scheduling systems
