Centre Manager

Aster Hospitals is hiring a Centre Manager to oversee the daily operations of our New Healthcare facility in Dubai.

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the healthcare center to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
- Lead, supervise, and support administrative, clinical, and support staff
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and organizational policies
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare management reports.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity

🔹Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Hospital Management.
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare operations, clinic management, or healthcare administration
- Proven experience managing teams and healthcare facility operations.
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, quality standards, and patient care processes.
- Arabic speaking mandatory
